All private rentals and events require a 20% credit card deposit. The remaining amount will be pulled on the day of the event, or you can pay the remaining amount with either cash or a check when we arrive.
You can book online and give a $50.00 deposit for your event. You will enter your desired time and location, however, a Nuthin But Fun associate will have to call you to confirm availability and get other pertinent information before you are officially on the books.
If you cancel your event within 7 days of the event, you will receive a full refund. However, if done within 1-6 days, you will have the option to either reschedule your event within 1 year or forfeit your deposit. If you cancel on the day of your rental, you are responsible for full payments - NO EXCEPTIONS.
If inclement weather is predicted, a Nuthin But Fun associate will call you prior to delivery to determine if your event should be rescheduled or canceled. If it decided that the event needs to be rescheduled or canceled, there are no penalties. If the event needs to be canceled, you will receive a full refund. Nuthin But Fun reserves the right to cancel your event due to inclement weather at any time.
All of our inflatables and other equipment are meticulously cleaned, serviced, and sanitized after each event.
You, the customer, will need to inspect the inflatables to make sure that there will only be a reasonable amount of cleaning done by our staff. If there is any food, candy, balloons or excessive dirt in the inflatable, you will be charged a minimum of $100.00 cleaning charge and up.
Notify Nuthin But Fun immediately. We will do everything we can to remedy the situation as soon as possible.
NBF should be notified immediately if there is any damage to the equipment. If damage is above normal wear and tear, to include punctures, tears, burns, stains, etc, the customer shall be liable for all damages to the equipment, which includes all cost to repair or replace if equipment is unrepairable.
To protect yourself in case there is any damage to the inflatable, the customer can purchase a damage waiver.
The size of all our inflatables are listed on our website. You will need at least 2 feet of clearance on each side. The area should be flat, free of debris, rocks, and trees. We can set up on asphalt and concrete, however, NBF needs to know in advance. Please cut, clean, and prepare the area prior to our arrival. We will not set up any inflatableââ¢s or have any of our activities if pet feces is visible. Also, if you have an automatic sprinkler system, please make sure the timer is not set to go on.
You can either book online or call us at 866 FUNTIME. If you are booking a Knockerball, Archery Wars, Laser Tag or Paintball event, your event will not be fully booked until one of our NBF associates contacts you. When you book, you will give us your desired time that you would like your event. We have to make sure that it does not conflict with any other events that we have scheduled.
Yes. Give us a call to determine the discount you can receive. One of the best discounts we give is if you have a Knockrball event, you can rent one of our inflatables for the duration of your event at a great discount.
We cannot guarantee that our events will not affect your lawn. In most cases, the inflatables will do no more than flatten the grass, which should recover in a few days.
For events at the customers home, the customer is responsible for providing a 110v outlet that has to be within 100 feet of the inflatable and be dedicated for the inflatable only. Larger units might require more than one outlet. NBF will provide a 100 fT. extension cord. If the event is at a park, the customer will have to rent a generator from NBF for an additional charge. For events such as Knockerball, NBF will provide power.
Typically, yes. However, when there is inclement weather to include heavy rain or wind, we advise strongly that the customer simply turn off the blower, but keep it attached to the inflatable. Once the weather conditions improve, the customer can turn the blower back on so that the inflatable re-inflates. If the event is over, the customer can also turn the blower off.
Yes, however, it is incumbent on the customer to contact the park in advance to let them know that you will be having an event, and if a permit is required, it will be the responsibility of the customer to secure the permit. If the customer does not secure a permit and NBF sets up and the park service does not allow the customer to continue with their event, the customer will still be responsible for full payment.
